YP’s name is derived from the surname of both founders – Ms. Yap and Ms. Pang. During their university study time in Australia, they noticed the differences of kids’ upbringing and social life compared those in Malaysia.

As a mother-to-be and as an educator owning a kindergarten, it has come to our attention that the most important period of life is not the age of university studies, but the first one, the period from birth to the age of six.

Our mission is to bring in toys with a purpose to develop certain motor, language, life and social skills. We hope these toys will not merely create memories for a moments, but their benefits within will last for a lifetime. ‘Quoted from Maria Montessori’
